Trapped in a Bathroom With No Plunger.
We have all been there, there is a clogged toilet and there is no plunger in the bathroom. Now what do you do? There are a couple things to try before you have to ask that awkward question. Save this page to your browser because you never know when you’ll need this.
Increase the head pressure in the toilet bowl
Read all of this before trying to unclog the toilet
What we are going to try here is filling the toilet bowl to the top of the rim. The pressure created by the amount of water in the bowl can free the blockage in the toilet.
1.Make sure you know where the toilet shut off is and that it works. The toilet shut off is located below the toilet tank on the toilet handle side.
2.Depress the toilet handle slowly until the water comes to the top of the toilet bowl.
3.Wait a minute, sometimes it may take a minute for the clogged toilet to release.
Use the Toilet Cleaning Brush
Yes using a toilet cleaning brush can free a clogged toilet.
1.Using the toilet cleaning brush try to push the water down the opening at the bottom of the toilet where the toilet flushes. Keep moving the brush back and forth trying to push the water through the opening. This can free the clogged toilet.
